Manage via Inform allows your end users (or system administrator) to manage held messages (both incoming and outgoing) directly from an inform message. When a message is detected by the security policy, an inform containing a link to the management portal can be sent to the user, enabling them to release or delete the message from the message area.
The inform message must contain a link to the Manage via Inform portal to provide access to your end users. You can add this link using the Create Manage Message link button in the Inform Content section. |
The administrator can choose for the message digest to be delivered in any one of the following languages: English, Japanese, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. However, the subject of the digest email, and the initial block of text you supply for the top of the digest always appear exactly as you entered them. In a mixed-language environment this enables you to provide information that is suitable for all your users.
You can also specify how many days a held message will be retained after it has been released or deleted by a Manage Via Inform user.
