Viewing SpamLogic Settings
If your Gateway is
connected
directly to the Internet,
you can use TRUSTmanager reputations to determine the spam checks applied
to messages based on the previous spam-related activities of the connecting
host.
If an upstream email relay exists between
the Gateway and the originating SMTP host, spam defenses that require
a direct connection to the internet cannot be used:
- Sender Policy Framework
()
- Greylisting
To view the checks performed on messages,
according to TRUSTmanager reputation:
- On the Policy Center Home
page, click SpamLogic Settings.
The SpamLogic Settings page appears, displaying the Spam Policy tab.
- In the Spam Policy section,
on the TRUSTmanager Reputation bar:
- Move the pointer
over Good. The page displays the
checks performed on messages from senders with Good reputations.
- Move the pointer
over Neutral. The page displays
the checks performed on messages from senders with Neutral reputations.
- Move the pointer
over Suspicious. The page displays
the checks performed on messages from senders with Suspicious reputations.
- Move the pointer
over Bad. The page displays the
checks performed on messages from senders with Bad reputations.
See Configuring
Spam Policy for information about changing these settings.
