Enable extracted PGP and S/MIME keys

  If the Email Gateway is operating in FIPS mode, PGP keys will not be enabled as PGP is an unsupported encryption type.

By default, extracted PGP and S/MIME keys are automatically disabled for encryption when they are added to the certificate store.

To automatically enable extracted PGP and/or S/MIME keys for encryption:

  1. Point to the System tab.
  2. Under Encryption, click Encryption/Decryption Defaults.
  3. In the Key Extraction area, click Click here to change these settings.

  4. Select the keys to automatically enable for encryption.

  5. Click Save.
  6. Apply the configuration.
