Defining the Manager Relationship Update Frequency

You can specify how often, from 1 to 24 hours, the Manager Relationship information is updated. You can also manually refresh the information; there may be a short delay (1 minute or less) between requesting an update and it starting.

To specify the Manager Relationship update frequency

1. From the Policy Center Home page, click Manager Relationships. The Manager Relationships page appears.
2. Move the mouse pointer over the Automatic Updates section and click Click here to change these settings.
3. Select or clear Update the manager relationship every and select the time period from the drop-down box. You can select a time period of 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 or 24 hours.
4. Click Save.

To manually refresh the Manager Relationships

1. From the Policy Center Home page, click Manager Relationships. The Manager Relationships page appears.
2. Click Synchronize Now in the task bar.
