The Missing Manager Policy uses Manager Relationships to ensure that outbound messages are intercepted if the sender does not include their manager in the list of recipients.
You can configure Missing Manager to:
Select the Enable default missing manager checkbox to enable the policy. Clear the checkbox to disable Missing Manager.
Click Save.
When the policy is enabled, the page displays the following panels:

Selecting the Has not included an attachment checkbox ensures that the Missing Manager policy will only operate on messages which are sent with attachments. |
Select a Disposal Action from the menu.
You can include an additional action such as Send a Copy or Generate an Alert. Click the New button and select a What to Do Action from the list. Use the remove icon ![]() |
