Viewing Trusted Senders

As part of configuring PMM, you can view the trusted senders in your system ordered by the number of PMM users that trust them. You can also add trusted senders to a static address list.

To view Trusted Senders ordered by number of trusts:

  1. From the System Center Home page, click PMM Settings.
  2. Click Manage Users to display the Manage PMM Users page.
  3. Click View trusted senders ordered by number of trusts on the task panel to display the Trusted Senders Ordered By Number Of Trusts page.

To add Trusted Senders to a static address list:

If you find that many of your end-users have added the same Trusted Senders, you could add all of those Trusted Senders to an address list.

  1. From the System Center Home page, click PMM Settings.
  2. Click Manage Users to display the Manage PMM Users page.
  3. Click View trusted senders ordered by number of trusts on the task panel to display the Trusted Senders Ordered By Number Of Trusts page.
  4. Move the mouse pointer over the Trusted Senders area and select the user to add.
  5. Click Add trusted sender to address list on the task panel. The "Add Trusted Sender to Address List" dialog appears.
  6. Select the static address list from the drop-down box and click Add.
 

When you have finished modifying your PMM settings you must apply the configuration for any changes to take effect. If the Gateways are configured as a group, any group changes should be applied to each Gateway.
