Uploading images to ImageLogic

Specific images can be classified and ImageLogic will use those classifications when those images are encountered within messages.

A single image or a ZIP file containing several images can be uploaded and each of the images can then be marked as either Acceptable or Unacceptable. If an image is already classified, the existing classification will be displayed but this can be changed, if required. Supported image formats for uploading are jpeg, png, bmp and gif.

  1. From the Policy Center Home page, click ImageLogic. The ImageLogic page appears.
  2. Move the mouse pointer over the Classify Images for ImageLogic section and click Upload.
  3. In the Upload Images For Training dialog, click Browse and select the image file(s) you wish to add.
  4. Click Upload.
  5. If the upload is successful, Clearswift Gateway displays a Review Images dialog.
  6. The dialog displays the new uploaded image(s).
  7. You can specify whether a new image is Acceptable or Unacceptable as follows:
  8.

Images can only be uploaded if you have the appropriate Classify images access permission. See Modifying an Account's Details for more information.

Zip files with a Japanese filename or that contain files with a Japanese filename cannot be uploaded.
