Machine Lists

A Machine List is a listing of the machine addresses of one or more users to whom you want to apply a common policy. These groupings typically represent users who share a common link within your organization, for example:

• Functional groupings, such as the Sales department or regional office.
• Role-oriented groupings, such as managers.
• Relational groupings, such as company partners.

You use Machine Lists to define policy routes. A policy route defines a relationship between a set of users and originating domains.
