Checking TRUSTmanager Reputations

You can check the TRUSTmanager reputation of any IP address. See About TRUSTmanager for more information about reputations.

To check a TRUSTmanager reputation:

  1. On the Policy Center Home page, click SpamLogic Settings. The SpamLogic Settings page appears, displaying the Spam Policy tab.
  2. In the task panel, select Check TRUSTmanager Reputation.
  3. In the Sending Host field, enter the IP address to check.
  4. In the Timeout field, enter the test timeout. The test attempts to retrieve the TRUSTmanager reputation from the primary server and, if this times out, it attempts to retrieve the reputation from the secondary server.
  5. Click Run Test. The dialog displays the reputation.
