Configuring Real-time IP Blocklist Settings

If a received message appears in a Real-time IP Blocklist (RBL), you can choose to hold it in a specified message area, or reject it. For more information, see About Real-time IP Blocklists.

To enable or disable RBLs in your spam policy:

  1. On the Policy Center Home page, click SpamLogic Settings. The SpamLogic Settings page appears, displaying the Spam Policy tab.
  2. Move the pointer over the Spam Policy section, and click Click here to change these settings.
  3. In the Real-time IP Blocklist box, select one of:

  4. Click Save.

For information about setting up other spam defenses, see Configuring Spam Policy.

To avoid messages from trusted sources being blocked by RBLs, add them to a White List.

When you have finished modifying your content security policy you must apply the configuration for any changes to take effect. If the Gateways are configured as a group, any group changes should be applied to each Gateway.
