Viewing the Clearswift Gateway Logs

The Clearswift Gateway logs enable you to investigate events or problems, or to view a history of previous events.

To view the Clearswift Gateway logs

  1. From the Gateway Home page, click System> Logs & Alarms and select the System Logs tab.

    A list of logs are displayed in the Available Logs window.

  2. Scroll down and expand the list of available logs to find the log you want to view.
  3. Select the day's log you want to view.

    The Preview of Selected Log area displays the first few lines of the log.

  4. To view the full details of the selected log, click View on the task panel. A separate window displays the log.
 

To email a log, select it and click Mail the selected log in the task panel.

To configure the SMTP log levels, click Configure SMTP Log Levels in the task panel.
