Geoblocking

Your Email Gateway allows you to block potential spam messages based on the geographical information detected about the message. Geoblocking will use the IP address of the connecting MTA (the MTA that connects either directly to your Gateway or to one of your configured fronted servers), and match that IP address to a country from a pre-configured list. Once the message has been assigned a country, your Geoblocking policy will be used to reject the message if the country is configured on the Blocked list, or apply a weighting to the message if the country is configured on the Suspicious list. If the country is not configured on either list, the message is unaffected by Geoblocking.

Mail is not blocked or rejected if your Confirmed Spam behavior is configured to take other actions.
