When you first log in to Clearswift Secure Email Gateway, the Home page is displayed.

The interface is made up of a number of panels. The Management Centers panel contains a number of areas that allow you to configure and manage your Gateway. Provided your account has the required access permissions, you can switch between the centers by selecting the tabs at the top of any interface page or from within the Management Centers panel itself on the Home page.The management centers are:

• Policy
• Message
• Reports
• System
• Health
• Users

The Recent Messages panel displays information about the most recently processed Gateway messages

On the left hand side of the page, Help and System Health Overview panels are displayed. Depending on the current state of your Gateway, panels for system alarms and configuration changes might also be displayed.

Note that the format of date fields in the UI will be displayed according to the language used by your browser.

• The Policy Center

  The Policy Center is where you define and manage the content security policy for your organisation. You create rules and routes in the Policy Center that manage the flow of information in and out of your company.

• The Message Center

  The Message Center is where you manage the messages your Gateway has held as a result of your applied content security policy. You also use the Message Center to run message tracking tools, allowing you to trace the path of email passing through the Gateway.

• The Reports Center

  From the Report Center you can generate system and user reports on the usage of the Clearswift Gateway system. It collates and presents information on the user activity, including most popular email domains, types of attachments that have been sent and received, and incoming spam and detected viruses.

• The System Center

  The System Center is where you configure how the Clearswift Gateway integrates into your network, and monitor how the Gateway is performing.

• The User Center

  The User Center is where you define and manage the administration user accounts for your Gateway.

• The Health Center

  The Health Center provides a snapshot of system activity including CPU, memory and disk usage, and client and peer activity.

• Recent Messages

  The Recent Messages panel lists information about the most recent messages processed by your Gateway. Icons on the list indicate the status of each message:

  Icon	Description
  	The message was passed for delivery
  	A threat was detected, and the messages may have been held or discarded. Click the text in the Action column for more detail on the threat.
