Informs

An Inform is an email message that your Clearswift Gateway sends as a notification if the What to Look For? conditions of a Content Rule are met. You can configure an Inform to be sent to:

• An email address you specify
• The server administrator
• The email address specified for the Clearswift Gateway

Informs are added to content rules using the Generate an Inform action in the What to Do? section of the rule.
