Sanitize URLs in documents
You can now use a Sanitize Document Content rule to detect and remove potentially harmful URLs from documents. See URL Lists to find out more about configuring lists of URLs as policy references. OCR for Web
The OCR (Optical Character Recognition) feature scans and reads text that might be displayed in images. This allows the Web Gateway to detect, and consequently block or redact any suspicious or confidential text it discovers. OCR is available on three content rules: Check Registered Data, Detect Lexical Expression, and Redact Text. See Content rule templates for more information.
Improved searchability in reference lists
You can now use the Search text box at the top of a list to search for a particular entry within a list. This has been applied to the following sections: Machine Lists, User Name Lists, Internet Zones, and Intranet Sites.
Configurable transaction logs
You can now select which fields are included in the
Sanitize and redact metadata in GIF and PNG image types
The GIF and PNG image types are now supported by the following sanitization-related and redaction-related content rules: Analyze Properties, Detect Lexical Expression, Redact Text, Sanitize Document Content. Metadata found in these image types can be sanitized and/or redacted based on how these content rules are used in your policy. Detect RAR5 archive files
You can now detect RAR5 archive files and inspect the contents. If your existing content rules have this clause set to Include all media types, RAR5 will be automatically detected from now on. If your rules do not have Include all media types enabled, RAR5 is included within the RAR - RAR compressed Archive type.
