ICAP Server Log Level

You can configure the level of logging that is provided by the diagnostic log:

• Disabled
• Error. Provides the lowest level of information.
• Warning. Provides the next level of information and includes the Error information.
• Information. Provides the highest level of logging. Includes the Error and Warning information.

You can also enable specialized logging features.

How do I...

• Configure the ICAP Server Log Level and Specialized Logging?

  1. From the Home page click ICAP Settings > ICAP Server Monitoring. The ICAP Server Monitoring page is displayed.
  2. Click on the Logging tab.
  3. In the ICAP Server Log Level panel, click Click here to change these settings.
  4. Select the ICAP Server logging level from the drop-down list.
  5. Check the appropriate boxes for the specialized logging features you want to enable. The features are independent of the ICAP Server Log Level and can be applied even if the Log Level is disabled.
  6. Click Save.
