The Query DNS records option enables you to query DNS records.
To query DNS records
- On the System Center Home page, select Query DNS records from the task panel. The Query DNS Records dialog appears.
- Complete the dialog fields:
- Type: A DNS record type to search for. Select a type from the list.
- Address: The host or domain name (such as a-differentcompany.com) for which you wish to get DNS information.
- Click Query.
