Click the Policy
Bypass tab. The Policy Bypass page displays a list of the policy
bypasses you have already established.
Click New.
The Add HTTP Header Bypass dialog appears.
In the Header
field, type the HTTP header of the site you want to bypass. The Header field is not case-sensitive.
In the
Value field, type a matching header
value. You can construct matching header values using a wildcard
character. For example, to bypass ExampleHeader as the User-Agent header, the string could be 'Example*'. The Value field is not case-sensitive.
Wildcard characters
Use *
to represent 0 or more characters.
Select the Direction
in which the communication must be traveling to be bypassed:
Request or response.
Request only.
Response only.
Response if in request.
Both if in request.
Click Add
to save changes.
Apply the configuration.
References to Mail policy
content will only be available when a Clearswift SECURE Email Gateway is added
to the peer group.
