To configure the file types for which
progress pages are NOT displayed:
From
the System Center Home page, click
Proxy Settings. The Proxy Settings
page appears.
On the
Proxy Settings page, click Progress Server
to display the Progress Server page.
To configure
Mime types:
Click the Mime Type Bypass tab.
To add a Mime
type to bypass, click New.Enter the details in the Mime Type field
that appears in the task bar, and click the Add
button. The Mime type that you entered appears in the list.
To edit an existing
Mime type, select the type and click Edit.
Modify the details in the Mime Type field that appears in the task bar,
and click the Update button. The
modified details that you entered appear in the list.
To remove an
existing Mime type, select the Mime type and click Delete.
At the prompt, confirm that you want to remove the Mime type. The Mime
type is removed from the list.
To configure
file names:
Click the Filename Bypass tab.
To
add a filename to bypass, click New,
enter the filename or a mask to use to specify filenames to bypass in
the Filename field that appears in the task bar, and click the Add
button. You can construct a mask using these
wildcard characters.
Wildcard characters for masks
Use *
to represent 0 or more characters.
Use ?
to represent a single character.
To edit an existing
filename, select the filename and click Edit.
Modify the details in the Filename field that appears in the task bar,
and click the Update button. The
modified details that you entered appear in the list.
To remove an
existing filename, select the filename and click Delete.
At the prompt, confirm that you want to remove the filename. The filename
is removed from the list.
To configure
URL addresses:
Click the URL Bypass tab.
To
add a URL to bypass, click New,
enter the URL or a mask to use to specify URL addresses to bypass in the
URL field that appears in the task bar, and click the Add
button. You can construct a mask using these
wildcard characters.

Use *
to represent 0 or more characters.
Use ?
to represent a single character.
To edit an existing
URL, select the URL and click Edit.
Modify the details in the URL field that appears in the task bar, and
click the Update button. The modified
details that you entered appear in the list.
To remove an
existing URL, select the URL and click Delete.
At the prompt, confirm that you want to remove the URL. The URL is removed
from the list.
