Viewing Recent Text Analysis

The Clearswift Gateway enables you to identify the reason why lexical analysis has blocked a page or content.

To view recent text analysis:

  1. From the Home page click the System tab > Logs & Alarms. The Logs & Alarms page is displayed.
  2. Click View recent text analysis in the What would you like to do? task pane.

    A window is displayed. Lexical analysis policy matches from the previous 24 hours are included. A maximum of 500 entries will be displayed.

  3. To view the full details of a selected entry, click text analysis. A window is displayed showing details of the entry with the phrase highlighted.
