Querying DNS Records

The Query DNS records option enables you to query DNS records.

To query DNS records

1. On the System Center Home page, select Query DNS records from the task panel. The Query DNS Records dialog appears.
2. Complete the dialog fields:

• Type: A DNS record type to search for. Select a type from the list.
• Address: The host or domain name (such as a-differentcompany.com) for which you wish to get DNS information.

3. Click Query.
