Configuring Unknown URL Submission

To help improve the categorization of URLs, the Gateway can submit unknown URLs to Clearswift. This enables Clearswift to assign categories to the URLs in future URL database updates.

To enable unknown URL submission:

1. From the System Center Home page, click Proxy Settings. The Proxy Settings page appears.
2. On the Proxy Settings page, click URL Database to display the URL Database page.
3. Move the mouse pointer over the Unknown URL Submission section and click Click here to change these settings.
4. Select or clear Submit unknown URLs for categorization.

• If you select this option, the Clearswift Gateway will automatically submit unknown URLs for categorization.
• If you clear this option, the Clearswift Gateway will not automatically submit unknown URLs for categorization.

5. Click Save.
