Applying a Color Label to a Policy Route

You can apply a color label to a policy route. The color labels are for administrators to use as they please: they have no effect on policy. You are free to devise your own color coding.

For example, on an Email Gateway, you might color green any routes that apply to outgoing messages only.

To apply or remove a color label:

1. Click Policy > Mail Policy Routes (Email) or Web Policy Routes (Web).

2. Select a policy route.

3. Click Color . The Choose Color dialog is displayed.

4. Select the color you require.

   represents no color.
