If the sender is not in the relationships list, their manager relationships are not known and the Gateway would otherwise be unable to apply a Missing Manager policy to these messages. If the sender is not listed in the relationships list, follow the steps below to specify what happens to these messages.
- With Missing Manager enabled, check that the Missing Manager Detection conditions are correct.
- In the What to Do? panel, click beside When the sender is not in the relationships list.

Select a Disposal Action from the menu.

You can include an additional action, such as Send a Copy or Generate an Alert. To do this, click the New button next to What Else To Do? and select an action from the list. Use the remove icon to remove actions if necessary. For help about adding or editing additional
