Clearswift SECURE Web Gateway automatically
validates your license every 24 hours by sending
a set of validation data to a Clearswift License Server.
During this validation process, the Clearswift Gateway
also sends system usage statistics to Clearswift.
Clearswift uses these statistics
to ensure that our hardware and software are performing as predicted.
The statistics do not include
any employee personal data or other information that would enable the
identification of a person. We might publicly refer to these statistics
when marketing our products.

Some statistics include your company's IP addresses and administrator information. You can prevent the Gateway from sending this information to Clearswift by selecting the When validating a license restrict the validation request data check box in your Call-home Settings.
For more information on editing your Call-home Settings, see step 3 in Viewing or Updating your Clearswift Gateway License Details. If you select this option, any statistics that include your company's IP addresses and administrator information are marked by when you view the validation request data.

To see the data that was sent on the last validation request:
- From the System Center Home page, click View License and select View validation request data from the task panel on the left.
