Working with Queued Messages

Queued messages can be viewed from the Message Center. There are various reasons why messages might be held in a queue and the Clearswift Gateway provides you with the option to search for queued messages individually.

The Gateway uses five message queues.

Queue Contains...
SMTP Inbound Messages that have been received.
Waiting for Analysis Messages awaiting content analysis by the Gateway.
Ready for Dispatch Messages that have been checked by the Gateway and are ready for delivery.
SMTP Outbound Messages that are currently in the outbound delivery queue.
Dispatch Retry Messages that initially failed to be delivered, but are still considered deliverable by the Gateway
  You can also view delivery retry information for messages that are Ready for Dispatch or in the Dispatch Retry queue.

How do I...

  If your Clearswift Gateway is using the multi-box message management license, you can manage messages held on all Gateways across the peer group simultaneously.
