Configure Suspected Junk Email settings

  1. On the Policy Center Home page, click SpamLogic Settings. The SpamLogic Settings page appears, displaying the Spam Policy tab.
  2. Move the pointer over the Spam Policy section, and click Click here to change these settings.
  3. In the Suspected Junk Email box, select one of:

    • Disabled
    • Hold in area: (Specified in the 'Hold Spam in this Message Area' section. See Configuring Spam Policy.)
    • Reject Message

        Selecting Reject Message for Suspected Junk Email could result in valid messages being automatically rejected by your Spam Policy. Use this option with caution.
    • Add Info & Deliver: Use the Add MIMEsweeper Information and Deliver disposal action. See About Disposal Actions.
    • Hold, Add Info & Deliver: Hold as specified in the 'Hold Spam in this Message Area' section (see Configuring Spam Policy) and use the Add MIMEsweeper Information and Deliver disposal action (see About Disposal Actions).
  4. Click Save.

  When you have finished modifying your content security policy you must apply the configuration for any changes to take effect. If the Gateways are configured as a group, any group changes should be applied to each Gateway.
