You can use Suspected Junk Email services to check for spam messages.
Suspected Junk Email checks messages for patterns unique to mass mailed messages. Patterns are derived from a combination of message attributes that uniquely identify mass mailed messages.

Usage Recommendation
Suspected junk Email is spam email where the sender cannot be reliably confirmed.
The recommendation for usage would be to Quarantine these emails enabling users to release any false positives using their PMM systems.
