Activity report
The Activity dashboard shows user activity, and lists individual User Actions across a selected date-range. You can select an entry in the Activity list and drill-down for more detailed information, displayed in the Details deck. User Actions include logins, document registrations, user roles created or changed, deletions, and classification changes.
Activity
User activity is displayed by Name, Date Time, and User Action for a selected date range. This table shows who performed which action when.

- Past Day (the last 24 hours)
- Past Week (the last 7 days)
- Past Month (one month before today's calendar date)
- Past Year (one year before today's calendar date)
- All (all available data)
- Custom Range (enter a Start Date and End Date)
Details deck
Users with the Compliance Officer role can drill down into the details by clicking an entry or any element of the displayed charts. The Details deck displays the selected blue user cards for your data, showing:
- Sent
- Received
- Document
- Activity
You can also click the chart elements to filter your results, or apply specific filters using the Filter button  . Your search results are displayed with any filters currently applied shown in orange text above the results. |
