System Admin Report
The System Admin Report enables you to track and monitor Gateway traffic, documents, and users. There are three report dashboards available, enabling you to monitor transfers, documents, and activity.
The System Admin Report home screen
The home screen allows you to select the report dashboard you need. From the Information Governance Server Home page, click Reports, and launch System Admin Report from the available options.

Transfers report
The Transfers dashboard displays the document transfers recorded by the Information Governance Server in a given date-range. It lists transfers, the Gateways that handled the traffic, and graphical information about the Protocol type of traffic (email, web), the Direction (inbound, outbound), and the Action taken (Allowed, Blocked). Compliance Officers can select any individual transfer record and drill-down to display more information in the Details deck.

Documents report
The Documents dashboard focuses on Document classifications, enabling you to investigate which types of registered documents are being transferred. You can select date-ranges and generate line graphs to show trends for each classification.

Activity report
The Activity dashboard shows user activity, and lists individual User Actions across a selected date-range. You can select an entry in the Activity list and drill-down for more detailed information, displayed in the Details deck. User Actions include logins, document registrations, user roles created or changed, deletions, and classification changes.
